ATV/UTV Rules and Policies
21 YEARS or OLDER
The primary renter must be 21 years or older to rent any ATVs/UTVs from Adventure Pro Outdoors, LLC. Persons of the rental age or older are not permitted to make reservations on behalf of younger guests in order to reserve the ATV/UTV (including, but not limited to parents booking for under aged children, acquaintances 21 years or older booking for other under aged guests). Renter must be present at Adventure Pro Outdoors, LLC for the reserved date and time. You must have a valid license and a valid debit/credit card to put on file. Additional drivers must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. No one under the age of 18 may drive the rental ATV/UTV.
Children welcome ages 6-18. Parents must provide a bump seat if the child requires one. The smallest helmets we have are an Adult Small. If your child requires a smaller helmet, please bring your own.
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
You must reserve your ATV/UTV with a credit card. We accept: Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard.
There will be a $150 down payment, per vehicle, charged for all ATV/UTV reservations at the time of booking. Additional taxes and fees apply. The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival.
Our rates are based on a 2 person ATV and 2 person UTV. A party of 1 can rent the ATV/UTV equipment, however there is no price reduction as you are renting the same piece of equipment. Your rental rate includes the helmet, safety glasses, full tank of gas, first aid kit, and transportation to WNF trailhead. The rental rates are listed below:
TAXES & FEES ASSOCIATED
Your rental price is subject to a ____% sales tax. If you book directly through us via phone, your reservation includes a 1% processing fee through the Peek Pro booking engine. If you book directly through us via website, your reservation includes a 6% processing fee through the Peek Pro booking engine.
Your ATV/UTV rental rate includes the helmet and safety glasses. The rider is responsible for making sure all gear fits their person prior to leaving the Adventure Pro Outdoor, LLC facility. It is recommended that guests bring and/or wear appropriate attire for partaking in this activity rain or shine.
LOST GEAR AND/OR KEY LOSS
Renters and riders are responsible for all riding gear/attire, equipment, and keys that are checked out for the day. If renters and riders lose gear, equipment, and/or key then the primary renter is subject to additional charges including, but not limited to:

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations prior to 72 hours of scheduled rental will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled rental forfeit total of the down payment. No cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather. No shows are considered cancellations. We adhere to a strict cancellation policy due to any reason. We are not responsible for mechanical failures or any other (i.e. bus break down, ATV issues, trailer issues, flat tires) that fail to operate properly during your trip. No refunds for mechanical failures out of our control.These failures are beyond our control and no refund or rent reduction will be given. Unknown construction is beyond our control. No refunds will be made in the event a person is required to vacate the premises because of disruptive conduct or failure to follow our rental guidelines and policies. No refunds for early return.
The weather in Ohio can change throughout the day. It can be sunny and 75 degrees and then start raining. We cannot control the weather, therefore no refund will be given due to inclement weather. If it starts to rain on the trail, we will continue riding. Wear and bring appropriate clothing for varying weather conditions.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG USE
You are not permitted to possess or consume alcoholic beverages or unlawful narcotics while driving an ATV/UTV per state and federal law.
NO PETS PERMITTED
We do not permit pets in our ATV/UTV rental.
LOST GEAR AND/OR KEY LOSS
Rider will be responsible for all gear and keys checked out for the day.

Damage and Insurance
Renter agrees to assume all responsibility for any accidents, injury or damage that may result in or about the premises, to persons or property (including those of Renter's guests), and that the Owner and its agents shall not be held liable, or responsible for such injury, accident, or damage. The Owner or agent shall not be responsible for injury or accident occurring on the property and renter agrees to hold the Owner/agent harmless from any and all claims and liability of any nature which may arise by reason of the use of these facilities. Renter assumes the risk involved with the use of the hot tub (if provided), swimming pool (if provided), pond and any all other rental facilities and agrees to save harmless and indemnify the Owner and its agents from any and all claims and liability of any nature which may arise by reason of the use of the same renter or others using the same during renters occupancy. The Renter assumes responsibility for all guests during the reservation time. Renter shall be held liable for repair of all damages/misuse of the facilities. Owners will assume no responsibility for loss or damage to guest personal effects, or injury during the rental period. Upon request, guests' personal items left at property will be mailed to guests at a charge of $10.00 plus shipping. Items left longer than 30 days will be discarded by owners. Upon check-out, any vehicles left on property will be towed off property and charged to credit card on file.

Your verbal authorization at time of booking, making an online reservation, payment of money and/or taking possession of the rental equipment is evidence of your acceptance of our rules and policies.
ATV/UTV COMMON QUESTIONS AND FACTS
Trails are only open mid-April through mid-December each year. We aren’t able to ride out of these season dates.
Our trips are guided, please stay on designated trails and follow the guides.
You are not permitted to operate the ATV/UTV in a manner in which it places a person in danger or injury or death.
There are 145 miles of trails.
Motorized trails are marked with orange blazes.
Horse trails are marked with gray blazes.
Hikers are welcome to all trails, but are encouraged to know all uses available on the trail before beginning.
Any person whose driver’s license is currently revoked, suspended, or otherwise rescinded cannot legally operare an OHV within the Wayne National Forest.
Must be 16 or older to operate a vehicle on your own. Must have a valid drivers license or a provisional license (learner’s permit/restricted license).
Any persons under the age of 18 must be with an adult of 18 and older.
