- Our team of professional DJs entertain your guests for the evening
- Booth with surround sound speakers located throughout the barn for even amplification and quality
- Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dance music
- Services include all ceremony music and amplification, emcee responsibilities for bridal party introductions, toasts, invocation and cake cutting
- Organizes and oversees bouquet/garter toss and special dance requests
- Special lighting, equipment, and props if desired
Event Coordinator ($350 - $500 depending on size of wedding) required

- Available for planning meetings
- Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours
- Provides free bridal fair exclusively for food menu review, florals, decor, lighting and products
- Meets to assist and complete wedding packet
- Extends discounts and offers free gifts
- Provides creative and informative guidance for your event
- Carries out requests and confirms plans at the facility
- Provides in house vendor information
- Advises on overnight accommodations, rehearsal dinners, vendors, transportation
- Prepares wedding estimates and assists with budgeting expenses
- Coordinates ceremony rehearsal prior to event
- Stores delivered items and provides placement of favors, guest book, ceremony requests, name cards, décor, etc.
- Prepares and provides on-site dressing areas for bridal party
- Assists with florals; placement of centerpieces, décor, pinning of corsages, boutonnieres, bouquet delivery to dressing room, etc.
- Guides guests upon arrival
- Assists line up of bridal party and advises of wedding day schedule
- Oversees wedding day set up and expedites details
- Keeps wedding day on schedule and coordinates DJ, caterer, photographers, additional vendors, and specialty services

Facility (< 50 Guests) $1,750 + Chalet Weekend Rental at max occupancy + $250 clean up fee
Facility (< 75 Guests) $2,000 + Chalet Weekend Rental at max occupancy + $250 clean up fee
Facility (<100 Guests) $2,250 + Chalet Weekend Rental at max occupancy + $250 clean up fee
**Half down is required at the time of reservation. If you're interested in booking, you can put $250 deposit down to secure dates. Securing reservation dates is fully refundable if you decide this isn't the wedding destination for you. Getting married is a commitment for the rest of your life. A wedding reservation is a commitment, no refunds for reservation!
