We can help you earn a very nice return on your property and we do all the work. Yes, we do all the work! We do the marketing, advertising, booking reservations, guest management and house keeping. We can create and manage the website for your cabin rental. We work with you and your needs where you still have the flexibility to use and enjoy the property as often as you like. The more you allow it to be rented the more income you generate.
Each month you receive a check from the guests who have stayed at your property and a Owners Report on all the bookings that were taken during the month for your properties. Depending on the frequency, size and luxury of the cabin rented owners can potential earn between $10,000- $25,000. We handled small maintenance on your property and will inform you about any large maintenance that may be needed on your property. Before you know it your rental investment will be paid off and you did it without all the headaches and cost of renting it yourself.
Here at 1st Choice Cabin Rentals we offer two levels of Property Management Service.
- Full service includes all the marketing (internet, print, billboard, website management, etc), handling guests reservations and all guest management, housekeeping, paying lodging taxes, small maintenance items, scheduling and overseeing of larger maintenance items and monthly owner reports. This service is 50% of gross revenue.
- Booking Only Service includes you get to take advantage of our marketing efforts and our reservationist. This service is 25% of gross revenue.
