Our cabins are ideal for a family & friends wanting enjoy the simple pleasures of nature, relax and enjoy in a rustic primitive cabin conveniently located many exciting opportunities and outdoor adventures. Each cabin is comfortably furnished. There is heating and air conditioning, microwave, small refrigerator. There is an outside porch.


After hiking the trails at the Hocking Hills State Parks or hunting in the nearby Wayne National Forest enjoy your evening by the stars by a crackling fire while telling tall tales and toasting marshmallows.

LLook no further! Our Buckeye primitive cabin is the perfect destination for you. This cabin is situated on our Canoe and Kayak Livery with 3 other small cabins. The property is located just off the Rt 664 and is a quiet setting that offers plenty of relaxation for two to four people. 


Relax and watch a beautiful sunset over the hocking river of Southeastern, Ohio. Lake Logan is located within 1 mile for some great fishing, canoeing or kayaking, and some much-needed R&R. Take a 20 minute drive from your cabin to visit Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave, Rock House, Conkle's Hollow, or Rock Bridge located in Hocking Hills State Park. No matter the season, you and your guests won't be disappointed when visiting all the beauty Hocking Hills offers!
 
The Buckeye is located to many State Parks that offers thousands of acres to explore by hiking, off-highway vehicle riding, mountain biking, or horseback riding. When in town, guests will want to visit Nelsonville's Historic Square Arts District, Stuart's Opera House, Hocking Valley Scenic Railway, or the Nelsonville Music Festival that is held every year at Hocking College. If guests venture 9 miles in the opposite direction, they will run into Lake Hope State Park located in Zaleski State Forest. Guests can enjoy some fine dining at Lake Hope Lodge or a day of picnicking and swimming with family and friends. 


In Southeastern Ohio there is something for everyone to do!
